Associate Director
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Associate Director to join our leadership team. This position supports the Director in overseeing daily operations, staffing, compliance, and program development to ensure a high-quality, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to fostering meaningful partnerships with families and the community.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields; Education, Business Administration, Human Services, Nonprofit Management
Previous early childhood education experience - Past leadership experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times
Ability to meet physical demands of caring for young children

Part-time Classroom Staff
Part-time, less than 20 hours per week
Hours: Mornings 7:00-9:00a OR Afternoons 2:00-6:00pm
Qualifications:
Minimum - 16 years of age
Education: Earned or in the process of earning a high school diploma or GED
Participate in necessary background checks and trainings
Ability to meet physical demands of caring for young children.
